Lou is a Co-Founder of HyperLeap and serves as Chairman and CEO. His career as a network and telecommunications executive and entrepreneur includes operational, technical, strategic planning, and business development experience in large companies such as AT&T as well as in his own start-ups.
In addition to HyperLeap, Lou co-founded Navigator Telecommunications, an Arkansas-based super-regional competitive local exchange company (CLEC) that operated in 31 states. He also co-founded 7x7 Networking, a San Francisco-based provider of broadband Internet access in multi-tenant buildings.
Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas Little Rock and a Masters in Telecommunications Management from Polytechnic University in New York City. Lou lives in Bentonville, Arkansas, with his wife, Kathy, and they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
